Jeannina was born in Chicago but grew up in Costa Rica. She is currently finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management and Biomedical Engineering degree at Illinois Tech. Jennifer has been at MetroVet since 2020 as a customer service representative. She was quickly promoted to our CSR supervisor with her vision for positive change and wanting to help lead her team of CSR’s was realized.
